Prepare your cup

Use 1 teaspoon of tea (about 2 g) with 200 ml water at around 80°C. Steep for 1.5-2 minutes, then remove the leaves. Steep for 1 minute for a lighter cup, or up to 3 minutes for a stronger, grassier one. Add a little honey or a squeeze of lemon if you like.
